Use the Asme.MassEmail.CLICode project for angular app. This app will simply be used for access to the Web API's.

  1. Install NPM.

  2. Navigate to installation directory in command prompt.

  3. Run "NPM run start" from prompt.

  4. Navigate to default npm startup url (http://localhost:4200/#/)
